Given the small scale of my business, I am not able to accept returns at this time.
-
I understand finances can quickly change. Please contact me within 12 hours of your order placement if you need to cancel your order, and a one-time-per-customer courtesy order cancellation will be granted. If your order has already been shipped, no cancellation will be possible.
-
Fear not! Please send me an email at liviazoestudio@gmail.com to request a custom piece. There is no price difference for a commissioned piece vs. a piece purchased directly off the website.
-
Generally, yes! I take commissions for pieces that are within my wheelhouse (pun intended), such as dishware, drinkware, sets of pieces, etc. I do not take commissions for pieces that fall outside of my style, such as large handbuilt garden sculptures, toilets, sinks, anything with a skull and crossbones on it, etc.

Mazel tov! I would love to make you some pieces to commemorate this special time in your life. Please send me an email (liviazoestudio@gmail.com) and let me know what you’d like on your registry, and I can get you some custom listings to place on your Zola/TheKnot/wedding website page.

You would be surprised how often I am asked this question. The answer is that yes, due to the fact that my pieces are made of ceramic, if you drop them on a hard surface (concrete, metal, tile, etc.) they can break. However, sometimes you can get lucky if you drop them on wood, the softer the wood and the luckier the angle, the higher the rate of survival! They are no more breakable than any commercially-made ceramics on the market. May your pieces live long and prosper. And if they encounter a collision with a hard surface, I recommend repairing with Gorrilla Glue superglue (not for use on food surfaces though!)

Oh no, I’m sorry you’re not feeling well. Please contact me if you are ill / under the weather and we will find a new time to reschedule our class session. As a grad student in addition to running this business I strive to minimize my sick time so I appreciate transparency and will be happy to get you rescheduled for a later date.

While I understand life circumstances can change, as a micro business I am not able to offer refunds for cancellations.
